Little Miss Ivy Lynne had quite the weekend (almost a month ago now--man, I am slacking) and we had so much fun celebrating her all weekend long!
First up, her first birthday party! And how precious are these decorations? I love a good theme and Melissa goes all out when it comes to themed birthdays and this one was the perfect way to kick off spring time with all the bunnies & pink gingham.
How sweet is this birthday knife? It's supposed to be used on each birthday and then, used on her wedding day--the most precious idea and an awesome keepsake!

Little Bennett and his Mimi enjoying the party!
Getting her sweet little doll that her big brother picked out for her
It's not an Underwood party until the monster trucks come out.
I think it's safe to say that she liked the cake and that she was happy to share it with her brother.
And as we know, no post is complete without a picture of two of my favorite little pals
As if all the party fun wasn't enough, she had another big event on Sunday and was baptized.
Watching a baptism is one of my favorite parts of being a part of a church family--it's so special watching families vow to raise their children in the love & truth that The Gospel brings and trust In Christ alone to guide their little lives.
Hey you little cutie pie--showing off your dress or kicking it out of the way so you can crawl around?
Ivy Lynne, your Aunt Ellen and Uncle Jason love you so and we love being a part of your life.
